About GM Dance

Rachael is a highly experienced & qualified dance teacher.

From the age of 16, she studied dance at the renowned Northern School of Contemporary Dance from which she acquired a Bachelor in Performing Arts specialising in 'Dance In Education'.



As a professional dancer, she performed in Germany and Brussels in various companies and Stadt Theatres. 
This required her to master all styles of dance including Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz & Modern dance.

She then returned to the UK to study for a PGCE.


Rachael became Dance Co-ordinator for Primary Schools in Mid-Wiltshire and also a dance teacher for GCSE and A-Level students.

GM Dance has been going since 2013 and has been teaching children from ages 2 to 18.


At GM Dance, Rachael teaches various styles with a focus on enjoyment and involvement of all abilities whilst providing children with some of the essential skills required if they wish to perform dance at a higher level in the future. As the students progress throughout the academy they learn a high standard of technical skills.

Each term the children work on several dances of which they perform to their parents at the end of each term.

GM Dance offers adult sessions for over 55 which incorporate all the fun elements of dance, improvisation, expressive skills all in a social environment. The class is for all abilities
